Tenderness, Compassion and Love

"It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed,
because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning:
great is thy faithfulness." Lamentations 3:22-23.

"Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the
Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth
us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them
which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves
are comforted of God." 2 Corinthians 1:3-4.

"Can a woman forget her sucking child,
that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb?
yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.
Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands;
thy walls are continually before me." Isaiah 49:15-16.

"Like as a father pitieth his children,
so the Lord pitieth them that fear him." Psalm 103:13.
